Most Used Shipping Terms
Usually, when we quote you, we will use FOB incoterms, but if you want to use other shipping terms like EXW, C&F, CIF, etc, do tell us first. We also can provide you door-to-door shipping service for any of your orders.
Lead Time & Order Process
Typical lead times (subject to order size and season):
- Samples: 3–7 business days (plus shipping)
- Small production orders: 10–20 business days
- Large production orders: 20–35 business days

Packaging Methods
We apply packaging solutions based on product type, order size and destination. Main packaging methods include:
Reel Packing
Drip tapes are wound on heavy-duty plastic or wooden reels and protected with inner cores, shrink wrap and waterproof liners to prevent moisture and deformation during transit.
Carton & Pallet
Small parts, fittings and boxed drippers are packed in corrugated cartons, then palletized with stretch film and corner protectors for safe container lashing.
Crate & Wooden Case
Large or heavy items such as solar pumps and control boxes are secured in custom wooden crates with foam/strapping to withstand handling and long-haul transport.
Bulk Packaging
Bulk layflat hoses and tubing can be shipped in coils or bulk boxes for economical large-volume transport.
